Inspired by the perpetual energy and movement of Eastern and Western cities, the Samer Halimeh collection is presented in New York, Fifth Avenue, in Kowloon Hong Kong and in Riyadh at the Four Seasons Hotel, boutique especially dedicated to VIP and royal families. His unique, handcrafted, custom jewelry set with rare natural colored diamonds mesmerizes glamorous women of the world.
During the civil war in Lebanon, Samer was a teenager when his parents sent him to California. After Graduating from Business School and Gemology, he got hired by a worldwide mining company which was his major school in real life. His travels between America, Africa and Russia were the opportunity to build a network with important international diamonds suppliers. At the age of 24, he started his own wholesale company established in New York and became one of the main suppliers of famous retailers around the world and in the Middle East. His manufactures in New York and South Africa strengthened by his partnerships with the top miners generate an unlimited inventory and offer a flow of diamonds at a competitive price to his clients and collectors.
In parallel to his wholesale business, a few years ago Samer Halimeh launched his own High Jewelry line. In the workshops, the savoir faire of his craftsmen and the team of Lebanese and Italian designers set the standard for excellence in fine jewelry, patiently transforming white, yellow, blue and pink diamonds into master pieces. Many of these magnificent jewelry pieces were presented and auctioned at Sotheby’s and Christie’s.
Samer Halimeh is surrounded by a team of experts in gemology and talented young designers who draw inspiration from the heritage and traditions of the East intertwined with the modernity of the West. And although the opening of the Beirut shop is planned for 2011 and London for 2012, the diamond lovers will always have the option to schedule a private viewing with a specialist who will come to present the best of Samer Halimeh’s selection.
During the year, Samer Halimeh attends and organizes in New York, Los Angeles, Monaco, Sardaigne and Hong Kong, charity galas and party events where he gathers his friends and clients around the world to present his last creations in a festive atmosphere. These events represent also an opportunity to support a cause; therefore a part of the benefits goes to different organizations for kids with disabilities or associations for Breast Cancer.
